My research area is virtual teams and leadership development.

Virtual communications and geographically dispersed teams are increasingly ubiquitous, demanding new methods of management and leadership awareness.

The Wellman Method origins began as an idea based on years of multicultural dialogues between leaders of integrity.

First, I was inspired to created it out of interest in authentic leadership abilities. Then, I researched the various fields of psychology and drew from each one that was relevant.

Not surprisingly, people of all ages and backgrounds reported benefits in renewed energy, self-knowledge, and increased motivation to accomplish creative goals.  People are frequently surprised that it is such an enjoyable process, with unique and unforeseen outcomes.  Many find that they have the answers and that their worlds make sense.
